I. Analysis of certain trends related to the evolution IN the conception oF «The Invariance
of the Information regarding the carrier»

Since ancient times from the moment when the human itself begins to walk away from its environmental world as of this moment, he strongly makes use of the amazing attribute of the information – to be invariable (i.e. independent, immutable) as regards its material carrier, thus continues to use it till nowadays when it is a real «boom» in the information technology development which is turning into the most important productive force of society. (Note: the mathematical basis in the so-called «Theory of the categories», in such creations as «morphism» (homo-, endo-, iso-, auto-), «square commutative diagram» and «functor». (Note: Figure. 1 – 3.).

We can see an illustration of the practical application of the theory at Figure 1. On technical device (log slide-rule) on Figure 4.

At this point we recognize «the information» as «alteration the parameter of the observer, caused by the interaction between the observer and the object» (Note: В. И. Шаповалов. «Энтропийный мир». – Волгоград; Перемена, 1995. page 53). Hence, «as the presence of users in the external surrounding does not depend on the components’ properties of a certain system, then the properties of this system does not depend on the properties of its components» (Note: Ibid., page 55). (What is in our opinion underlies in the ground of the indicated «attribute of invariance»).
Using the indicated specific attribute of the information, «to be invariable as regards its carrier», a number of authors raised the hypothesis of technical realization, by computer technologies for instance, of multiple overwrite of this information as a whole personality of the separate individual, which would lead the humanity to practical immortality!
In such a system the symbiosis «computer-man», implemented throughout the life of an individual and the subsequent transfer of information, after the death, on an artificial carrier, would serve as a mechanism of continuity of self-perception of a man as a complete personality. For example, on a specifically cloned traditional biocarrier or bio-cybercarrier with highly developed sensorial attributes. (For example look at the study of Technical Science Ph.D. Э. М. Куссуль «Переселенцы» in «Химия и жизнь» № 2 for the year 1986, pages 56 – 60; ibid – the epigraph to the above mentioned article «Электронная техника развивается быстро», bring by academician H. М. Амосов, an interview of academician В. М. Глушков with Г. Максимович, over the work of the latter, «Беседы с академиком В. М. Глушковым» – М.: Молодая Гвардия, 1978. pages 186 – 195.)
In particular V. M. Glushkov makes aprediction for the development of computer technology, in the above mentioned work, which will be able to realize his hypothesis somewhere about 2020.
So, this report attempts to analysis of that trend of development both the theoretical basis and technological reproduction in the computer technology over the past twenty years, based on resources published in scientific-technical and scientific-popular literature.
It is proved that the trend indicated by the authors has preserved its stability, quality definition and development rates. The expected date for their technical realization of the idea (in 2020) can not just be completely real, while maintaining the conditions determining the trend, but also to draw near the beginning of the new millennium!
